
ACROBATICS
MONDAY 5:30-6:10 (Ages 4-5)
MONDAY 7:00-7:40 (Ages 10+)
TUESDAY 7:45-8:25 (Ages 6-9)
Acrobatics is the most athletic of all styles. Our classes focus on two major areas: strength and flexibility. Students will condition in order to build the appropriate muscles needed for tumbling, contortion and other acro skills. They will also take time stretching and developing flexibility in their body.
